Hilla Back
Hilla Back is a postdoctoral researcher in International Business at Aalto University School of Business in Finland.
Her research focuses on the intersections of technology and workplace inequality across different organizational contexts, with particular attention to language, migration, and virtual ways of working. Her work has been published in leading academic outlets, including the Journal of World Business, Academy of Management Learning & Education, and the Handbook of Management Communication.
She has previously served as a visiting scholar at Stanford University. In addition to her research, Hilla is actively involved in academic community building and currently serves on the executive board of the Research Group on Management and Language (GEM&L).
