Linyu Liu

Linyu Liu is a doctoral candidate in International Business at Aalto University School of Business in Finland.

Her research is situated at the intersection of Human Resource Management and International Business, focusing on how multinational corporations can create more inclusive and sustainable workplaces. Her work explores employee-oriented HR practices, gendered organizational processes, and how individuals in multinational contexts navigate organizational, cultural, and professional boundaries.

Parts of her research have been published as book chapters in edited volumes, and she is currently developing this work further for submission to academic journals. Linyu is currently involved in the TAIMI project, where she is particularly interested in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a skillset in hybrid and multinational work environments. She values interdisciplinary collaboration and engagement within the research group. Outside of academia, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, and listening to podcasts.
