Book Chapter Proposal by Chia-Min Lai and Rebecca Piekkari Accepted for International Handbook
A book chapter proposal by TAIMI researchers Chia-Min Lai and Rebecca Piekkari has been accepted for inclusion in The Global Handbook of Inclusion in Organizations, to be published by Edward Elgar.
The proposed chapter, titled “Is the Nordic inclusive reputation a myth or reality? An industry perspective,” examines questions related to inclusion and organisational practices from an industry perspective, contributing to ongoing international discussions on equality, diversity, and inclusion in working life.
The acceptance highlights the international relevance of the research conducted within the TAIMI project and strengthens the project’s contribution to scholarly discussions on inclusive organisations and multilingual working environments.
